At Family Practice Associates PC, we offer a wide range of services from prenatal care for pregnant women to health care for babies, children, and older adults. Lab Services:

To better serve our patients, we kindly request that you schedule all lab visits prior to coming in. We need to ensure that your provider has placed all necessary orders. This also applies to patients with orders from physicians who are not in this practice. Your Primary Care Provider at FPA will still need to approve and place the orders into our lab system.

Please note, we are not a reference lab, and cannot provide lab services to individuals who are not our patients or who have not seen us in more than a year unless otherwise approved by our providers.
