At Family Practice Associates, we work to keep billing and insurance processes clear and straightforward. We accept a range of insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. If you do not have insurance or have remaining costs after insurance is processed, our billing department can discuss available payment options.

- A valid insurance card must be presented at the time of service.
- Any remaining balance—whether or not your insurance pays—is your responsibility.
- Your insurance benefits are a contract between you and your insurance company.

Family Practice Associates offers a secure, convenient online payment option—no username or password required. Simply have your patient statement and debit or credit card available, then click the link at the bottom of this page. You can pay your full balance or make partial payments as needed.
Patients will also receive statements via text, email, and print, making it easy to review your balance and pay with just one click.
